No time like the present to spread superfine lime.

If you have not gotten the results you had hoped for from you wintergrass pastures, a soil test might reveal that you have a ph problem. Most soils in the East Texas area are generally in the low 5's for ph and if you have been applying multiple applications of ammonia sulfate then it might have dropped into the high 4's. Forages like clovers will simply not perform in ph that low. Most require a ph of 6 to give you any kind of yeild much less nitrogen fixation. Call now to take advantage of the recent drop in diseal prices and get your soil back into production by using superfine lime. 903-854-3508. If you're not sure what you've got then call me and we will work out a plan that best fits your soil test recommendations and your pocket book.
